I. System Introduction

The Building Equipment Management System is a control system based on integrated strong and weak current technology, suitable for energy-saving control and management of various mechanical and electrical equipment in buildings. The standardized controllers in the system address the control requirements of different mechanical and electrical equipment by integrating energy efficiency tracking, secondary circuits, motor protection, and BA control, forming a standardized overall solution for energy-saving control and management of building equipment. The standardized controllers not only solve the problem of upgrading traditional electrical control boxes to intelligent ones but also address the inherent shortcomings of traditional BA control systems in design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance, making true widespread adoption of integrated strong and weak current technology for building mechanical and electrical equipment possible.

III.Functional Overview

Pre-set different scenario modes, such as: live TV broadcast mode, competition mode, cleaning mode, training mode, security mode, etc.

Real-time monitoring of operational status with fault alarm functionality.

Monitoring and statistics of equipment usage status for easy management and reduced maintenance costs.

Integration with fire protection systems; in case of an alarm, normal lighting in public areas is turned off, and emergency lighting control is activated.

The central control system centrally manages the entire venue's lighting, motorized shades, drainage pumps, and ventilation equipment through a zoned graphical interface.

Manual control: In case of system failure, ventilation/exhaust equipment can be directly started or stopped via the control module.

Graphical management software enables intelligent remote monitoring and control of terminal loads, with real-time monitoring, statistics, storage, analysis, and alarm functions for air quality in terminal areas.
