   The dormitory electricity intelligent management system applies microelectronic technology for precise electricity measurement, utilizing dedicated large-scale integrated circuits and the latest single-chip processor along with peripheral chip technology for design and manufacturing. The system consists of: dormitory intelligent management module, data gateway, management terminal, dormitory management data center machine, and system software. It features functions such as safe electricity usage, energy-saving management, and precise measurement.

Network composition: The connection between the dormitory intelligent management module and the data gateway is an RS485 bus, using twisted-pair PB wires laid through steel pipes in a daisy-chain connection; the data gateway and management terminal equipment are connected via Ethernet using Cat5e network cables in a star topology network.

(1) Dormitory Intelligent Management Module: A comprehensive intelligent management module with one 220V 20A AC power input and 2-4 channels of 16A switch outputs.

(2) Data Gateway: A network accessory that converts RS485 to Ethernet transmission.

(3) Management Terminal: A terminal device for dormitory administrators to manage and operate, located at the administrator's station with administrator privileges; it enables operations such as turning lights on/off, electricity sales, and penalties for違規(guī) electricity usage. It also manages occupants of each dormitory, recording names, classes, check-in time, check-out time, and reasons for departure.

(4) Dormitory Management Data Center Machine: A central processing unit located in the student management office with advanced privileges such as administrator and programmer rights; it enables operations including opening accounts for入住, turning lights on/off, electricity sales, refunds, penalties for違規(guī) electricity usage, account closure upon graduation, and data exchange with relevant school management departments.
