Functional Overview

Automatically controls the startup sequence of equipment in the air conditioning system's refrigeration station:

Start cooling tower fan → Open cooling tower electric butterfly valve → Start cooling water circulation pump → Open chilled water unit electric butterfly valve → Start chilled water circulation pump → Start chilled water unit; The control system automatically and accurately calculates the actual cooling load required by the air conditioning system based on monitoring the supply and return water temperature and flow rate of chilled water, thereby automatically determining the number of chilled water units to be put into operation. It adjusts the operating conditions of the chilled water units in a timely manner and performs energy-saving control operations based on the actual cooling load, achieving energy efficiency under basic cooling load requirements;

Based on monitoring the supply and return water temperature of cooling water, the system automatically and accurately calculates the load on the cooling side of the air conditioning system, thereby determining the number of cooling towers to be put into operation. It automatically controls the number of cooling tower fans started, significantly reducing system energy consumption under cooling water temperature conditions to achieve energy-saving goals;
