LAOGE Super Air Knife Working Principle:

Compressed air enters the high-pressure chamber of the air knife through the air inlet (1). The airflow passes through the narrow, thin nozzle (2), forming a uniform sheet of airflow along the length of the air knife. Due to the compression ratio of the chamber (3) to the high-pressure airflow being 35:1, the compressed air enters the air knife and is blown out at high speed as a sheet of airflow with a thickness of only 0.05 mm. Through the Coand? effect principle and the special geometric shape of the air knife, this thin air curtain can reach 30–40 times the ambient air, forming a thin, high-intensity, high-flow impact air curtain.
