Working Principle of the Ion Air Nozzle:
When the LA-4G11 high-efficiency ion air nozzle operates with a generator, the high-efficiency ion needle directly ionizes air molecules using high voltage and low current, producing a large number of positive and negative charges. These charges are blown out at high speed by compressed air, neutralizing the charges on objects. If the object's surface carries a negative charge, it attracts positive charges from the airflow while repelling negative charges. If the surface carries a positive charge, it attracts negative charges and repels positive ones. This process neutralizes static electricity on the object's surface, achieving the goal of static elimination. Simultaneously, the blown air removes dust from the product surface.
