The instrument internally uses an imported electronic vortex generator from the United States. The powder is re-sucked by the vortex to the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the sieve mesh and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while larger particles remain on the test sieve. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles in order of size, realizing the air jet sieving theory: classification first and sieving later. By replacing test sieves with different mesh sizes and sieving sequentially, the percentage of powder particle size limits is ultimately obtained.
