The powder is re-sucked by the vortex onto the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the sieve mesh and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while larger particles remain on the test sieve. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles by size, realizing the air jet sieving theory: classification before sieving. By replacing test sieves with different mesh sizes and sieving sequentially, the percentage of particle size limits is ultimately obtained.
