The air jet sieve equipment can meet the basic needs for air jet sieving of certain powders. Place the powder sample to be tested into the instrument, then activate both the negative pressure generation device and the timer on the touch screen to perform air jet sieving on the powder. The air jet sieve realizes the theory of air jet sieving by first classifying and then sieving, and can also determine the percentage of particle size limits.

It can meet the basic needs for air jet sieving of certain powders. Place the powder sample to be tested into the instrument, then activate both the negative pressure generation device and the timer on the touch screen to perform air jet sieving on the powder.

The instrument internally uses an imported electronic vortex generator from the United States. In coordination with the negative pressure generation device, the air jet sieve produces a precise and sensitive negative pressure air vortex. This vortex drives the powder upward through the nozzle, colliding with the sieve cover to remove agglomerated particles. The powder is then re-sucked by the vortex onto the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the sieve mesh and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while larger particles remain on the test sieve. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles by size, realizing the air jet sieving theory: classification first, then sieving.
