Application Fields:
1. Primarily used as a film-forming agent in water-based coatings. In coatings, it acts as a coagulant for acrylic resins, styrene-acrylic resins, and polyvinyl acetate, imparting excellent performance to the paint film. It is an effective and easily accessible film-forming agent for achieving hardness in numerous water-based coatings.
2. Also used in water-based inks, household cleaners, wet wipes, paint removers, resin synthesis, dyes, solvents for oils and lubricants, textiles, cosmetics, stabilizers for agricultural pesticides, coagulants for floor polishes, PVC liquid heat stabilizers, etc.
3. In cleaning agents, it is suitable for systems requiring low evaporation rates, such as wax removers and floor cleaners. It is a good coupling agent for lubricants and greases and can also be used in paint strippers and animal fat removers.
