| Product Introduction: The melt-blown tubular filter element is made from polypropylene chips through high-temperature melting, spraying, drawing, and receiving molding. It is a new generation of filtration material that replaces traditional filter elements. It has a wide range of applications, including pretreatment for pure water production, circulating cooling water, drinking water, laboratory water, boiler water, oilfield water injection, and filtration in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing, painting, photo development, fuel, beer, and beverages. It is also suitable for air purification filtration. Performance Characteristics: （1）High filtration efficiency and accuracy, with uniform pore size and density, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99%. （2）Low filtration resistance, high flow rate, large dirt-holding capacity, and long service life. The fiber diameter and gaps can be adjusted during production. The inner layer of the filter element has small pores while the outer layer has larger pores, increasing flow rate and dirt-holding capacity, reducing the risk of clogging, and extending service life. （3）High cleanliness, non-polluting to water quality, resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, and corrosion-resistant. （4）High strength; the filter element does not deform when the inlet and outlet pressure difference exceeds 0.4 MPa, and filtration efficiency does not decrease at temperatures above 90°C. （5）After modification, the product exhibits high hydrophilicity, capable of absorbing ten times its weight in water, making it suitable for oil-water separation. Filter Element Specifications: （1）Inner and outer diameters: 30*64 (mm); lengths: 250, 600, 750, 1000 (mm). （2）Filtration accuracy (μm): 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 70, 100. （3）Pore size and length can be customized according to user requirements. Precautions: （1）Select the filter element based on the filtration accuracy and impurities in the liquid. For viscous liquids, use a two-stage filtration process with a preliminary coarse filter to reduce resistance and extend the filter element's service life (typically 3-4 times longer). （3）Install the filter element correctly. If filtered water is contaminated, carefully check if the filter element is misaligned or if both ends are not tightly sealed. （4）Clean or replace the filter element when the pressure difference reaches 0.2 MPa.
