| Overview: The three-dimensional elastic filter media selects several high-quality varieties of polyolefin and polyamide that are corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant. Mixed with hydrophilic, adsorption, and anti-thermal oxidation additives, it employs a special wire drawing and filament texturing process. The filaments are interlaced and fixed onto a corrosion-resistant, high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formulation, the filaments exhibit a three-dimensional, uniformly arranged radial pattern, forming a suspended three-dimensional elastic filter media unit. Within the effective area, the media spreads uniformly in all directions, allowing gas, water, and biofilm to fully mix, penetrate, and exchange. The biofilm not only adheres evenly to each filament, maintaining good activity and variable porosity, but also achieves an increasingly larger specific surface area during operation while facilitating effective metabolism. This characteristic and phenomenon are currently unmatched by other domestic filter media. Applications: Widely used as biological filter media in biological contact oxidation tanks and hydrolytic acidification tanks. Performance Features: Compared to rigid honeycomb filter media, the three-dimensional elastic filter media offers greater porosity variability and is non-clogging. Compared to soft filter media, it has a longer material lifespan and does not adhere or form clumps. Compared to semi-soft filter media, it provides a larger surface area, faster biofilm attachment, and lower cost. Therefore, this media is recognized as the fourth-generation high-efficiency, energy-saving, and innovative filter media, following various rigid, soft, and semi-soft filter media.
