The inclined tubes produced by our factory, also known as hexagonal honeycomb, come in two assembly forms: inclined tube and straight tube. The materials include polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, and polyvinyl chloride. In particular, the ethylene-propylene copolymer has received widespread praise from users of all sizes across the country in recent years. Its main advantages include: strong toughness, good assembly strength, no deformation, no brittleness, long service life, and an extended anti-aging period. The service life, originally 3-5 years for polypropylene fillers, can now be extended to 5-8 years. Based on recent development trends, inclined tube selections from various wood factories are increasingly shifting toward ethylene-propylene copolymer fillers.

    Inclined tubes are mainly used for sedimentation and sand removal. They are currently the most widely used and mature water treatment device in water supply and drainage engineering. They offer advantages such as wide applicability, high treatment efficiency, and small footprint. They are suitable for sand removal at water inlets, sedimentation in general industrial and domestic water supply, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, tailings concentration, and other treatments. They are applicable for both new projects and the renovation of existing old pools, achieving good economic benefits. Main features:

    1. Large wetted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.

    2. Good laminar flow state, particle sedimentation is not disturbed by turbulence.

    3. When the inclined tube length is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5/m2 per hour, with VO controlled in the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/second, achieving optimal water quality.

    4. The treatment capacity of an inclined tube sedimentation tank is 3-5 times that of a horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of an accelerated clarifier and pulse clarifier.

    Straight tubes are mainly used in biological filters, high-load biological filters, tower biological filters, submerged biological filters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and as microbial carriers in biological rotating discs. They are used for the biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage. Main features:

    1. Higher treatment efficiency than activated sludge process, with a general hydraulic load of 100-200 m3/m2 per day and an organic load of 2000-5000 g/m3. This reduces the footprint.

    2. Lower aeration intensity than activated sludge process, and no sludge return is required, thus reducing power consumption and simplifying management.

    3. Minimal sludge production, reducing the workload of subsequent sludge dewatering and other treatments.

    4. The produced sludge has good settleability, facilitating the removal of suspended solids in subsequent stages.

    5. Strong adaptability, capable of handling a wide range of water qualities, with high tolerance to sudden changes in water quality and quantity, maintaining stable treatment results.
