Product Introduction:
Hydrogenated rubber is a highly saturated elastomer obtained through special hydrogenation treatment of rubber. There are three main methods for preparing HNBR: ethylene-acrylonitrile copolymerization, NBR solution hydrogenation, and NBR emulsion hydrogenation. Hydrogenated rubber has excellent oil resistance (good resistance to fuel oil, lubricating oil, and aromatic solvents); and due to its highly saturated structure, it has good heat resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance (good resistance to Freon, acids, and alkalis), excellent ozone resistance, and high compression set resistance. At the same time, hydrogenated rubber also has high strength, high tear resistance, and excellent wear resistance, making it one of the most outstanding rubbers in terms of comprehensive performance. It is widely used in oil fields, automotive industry, etc.

Product Features:
The tensile strength of hydrogenated rubber can generally reach 30 MPa, while ZSC can reach over 50 MPa, which is higher than FKM, NBR, CSM, and other rubbers. At 150°C, the compression set performance of Zetpol 2010 is better than that of FKM and fluorocarbon elastomers (TFE/P) to varying degrees.

Application Range:
Suitable for washing machinery and automotive engine systems. Not recommended for use in alcohols, esters, or aromatic solvents. The general operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C. Its performance combines the advantages of fluoro rubber and silicone rubber, with excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel resistance, and high and low-temperature resistance. It can resist the erosion of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, and chlorine-containing solvents. The general operating temperature range is -50°C to 200°C.
