Regarding the quality standards and pricing of the adhesives, please explain the following to the customer. 
For bulk 20KG and packaged adhesives, they are divided into three major categories: A (A a-a, a-b, a-c), B, and C; 
The differences between each grade are as follows. For ABC grade quotations (viscosity below 2–500 CPS), the price is the same. We 
will utilize our production equipment and various processes to manufacture adhesives tailored to different customers; 
Category A, Grade A: FDA-compliant adhesive. 
(a-a) Grade: Raw materials are imported, specifically using Japanese technology for production (selecting the best portion of adhesive during production). 
High production cost, high solid content of 100%, high and durable bonding strength, long shelf life (1–3 years) with minimal changes, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Free of harmful solvents. Complies with European ROHS, REACH, and related environmental standards. (USD/16KG) 
(a-b) Grade: Raw materials are imported, using general Japanese technology for production (selecting a large portion of the better adhesive during production). 
Relatively high production cost, high solid content of 99.97%, high and durable bonding strength, long shelf life (1–3 years) with minimal changes, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Free of harmful solvents. Complies with European ROHS, REACH, and related environmental standards. (USD/13KG) 
(a-c) Grade: Raw materials are imported, using general Japanese technology (selecting a large portion of the adhesive during production). 
High production cost, high solid content of 99.9%, high and durable bonding strength, long shelf life (1–2 years) with minimal changes, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Free of harmful solvents. Complies with European ROHS, REACH, and related environmental standards.
Category B: 
Raw materials are domestic, using general processes (selecting a large portion of the adhesive during production). 
Moderate production cost, relatively high bonding strength, long shelf life (6 months–1 year). Complies with general environmental standards. Content 97%–99%, relatively high strength, long shelf life.
Category C: 
Raw materials are domestic, using general processes (selecting a large portion of the adhesive during production). 
Moderate production cost, relatively high bonding strength, long shelf life (6 months–1 year). Complies with general environmental standards. Content 90%–99%, relatively high strength, moderate shelf life.
