Mobile quantitative liquid filling equipment consists of components such as a liquid flow metering control instrument, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter, balance check valve (or pipeline check valve), integrated oil gun (or combined oil gun), and filter. The liquid flow metering control instrument collects volume pulse signals from the flow transmitter in real time and achieves real-time temperature compensation for liquid density by collecting temperature signals from the temperature transmitter, thereby enabling high-precision dynamic mass measurement of liquid flow.

It can independently complete the measurement of liquid loading and unloading (trucks/ships), process measurement of crude oil and finished oil in workshops, continuous drum filling measurement, and quantitative control of reactor batching. It can also be connected to an upper computer to form a distributed computer monitoring and management system.

Mainly suitable for quantitative drum filling, quantitative truck loading, workshop measurement, and reactor feeding of various liquid products such as dichloromethane, chemical additives, ammonia water, tert-butanol, plasticizers, toluene, solvent oil, edible oil, acetic acid, pharmaceutical intermediates, gasoline and diesel, formaldehyde, etc.

Mobile Quantitative Filling Workflow:

Ground or truck empty drums are weighed without taring. One person operates the system by setting the filling amount (kg/L) via remote control, automatic timing control, or the start key of the flow control instrument. The handheld filling nozzle is placed into the drum opening, and filling automatically stops when the set amount is reached. The nozzle is then moved to the next drum for the next filling cycle. Operators can flexibly control the liquid filling amount and filling rhythm. The handheld automatic drum filling device eliminates the need for weighing empty drums and handling heavy drums,* significantly improving filling efficiency and avoiding disputes and losses caused by underfilling or overfilling due to human factors.
The automatic drum filling device uses automatic liquid temperature tracking and density automatic compensation technology to ensure that liquid measurement accuracy is unaffected by density changes. Combined with unique precision fluid control technology: automatic pressure compensation, automatic flow cutoff at the set amount, automatic adjustment of overshoot, etc., the entire measurement system ensures a filling accuracy within0.2%, meeting trade measurement requirements.
According to user needs, it can be used for various industry applications such as unloading measurement, automatic drum filling, tank transfer measurement, and quantitative feeding for mobile measurement.
