Durable Full Port Flanged Ball Valve with Excellent Corrosion Resistance

The F15/F30 series flanged floating ball valves are investment cast and are ASME B16.34 Class 150 and Class 300 full port ball valves. They offer a variety of optional trim and configurations, including rubber-lined seats, metal seats, and V-ball control valve trim, and are widely used in various industries worldwide. The F15/F30 series ball valves feature a robust and durable flanged ball valve design, providing excellent value and reliable operation for a wide range of operating conditions.

The design of the F15/F30 series flanged ball valves ensures bubble-tight sealing and low operating torque. Sizes ?" - 2" are equipped with Bray's Smart Stem? technology, which provides continuous internal pre-loading of the packing. Sizes 2?" - 12" feature an independent packing gland for easy adjustment without disassembling the mounting hardware or actuator. The packing gland cover is specially designed to distribute the load evenly on the packing. The dynamic live-load packing self-adjusts through its Belleville washers, compensating for environmental changes and wear to ensure maintenance-free operation and long service life. Larger-sized F15/F30 flanged ball valves are equipped with bearing-supported ball structures to effectively reduce operating torque.

Metal seat F15/F30 flanged ball valves feature Stellite? cobalt-chromium alloy seat overlays, providing excellent corrosion resistance, higher operating temperatures, and high hardness for superior wear resistance. The metal seat F15/F30 flanged ball valves utilize a butt seal design to meet or exceed the shutoff requirements of CI 70-2 Class V, with an optional Class VI shutoff requirement available.

The F15/F30 series flanged ball valves are available in stainless steel (CF8M), carbon steel (WCB), and special alloys (such as Alloy 20, Hastelloy, etc.), with other exotic alloys available upon request. Non-fire-safe versions come with standard stem packing. API 607 fire-safe trim includes graphite stem packing. The F15/F30 series valves feature an integrally cast ISO 5211 mounting platform for easy automation. *
