Characteristics of the wear-resistant pipelines produced (using the lost foam vacuum suction casting process): 1. Excellent comprehensive performance (resolving the conflict between weldability and wear resistance that is difficult to balance with single materials, maximizing material performance advantages, ensuring safe and reliable use, with a service life of generally over 80,000 hours in coal powder pipelines in power systems)2. High wear resistance (macro hardness of the wear-resistant layer above HRC50)3. Strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance 4. Advanced and stable composite process (these wear-resistant pipes are manufactured using the lost foam vacuum suction casting composite process, avoiding issues like sand washing and sand inclusion common in traditional sand casting processes; due to casting under a vacuum system, defects such as pores are also eliminated.)5. Low operational resistance in pipeline systems, aesthetically pleasing appearance (elbows and various other special-shaped pipes can be fully composite. This changes the traditional method of making elbows and other special-shaped pipes with folded lines, without altering the movement trajectory of materials in the elbows, resulting in lower resistance and reduced energy consumption)6. Good thermal shock resistance 7. Easy transportation, installation, and use (lost foam vacuum suction cast composite wear-resistant pipes can be installed using flanges, quick couplings, direct welding, etc.).

High-strength overlay welding wear-resistant pipes use steel pipes as the base, with professional CNC welding equipment applying an automatic fusion welding process on the inner wall (working surface) to form a wear-resistant layer. Their characteristics: 1. True metallurgical bonding, as the wear-resistant welding wire is evenly welded onto the base steel pipe, effectively forming a metallurgical bond without separation or peeling of the liner and outer pipe; 2. High wear resistance, long service life, with Cr7C3 hard compound volume fraction above 50%, providing higher wear resistance; 3. Good impact resistance; 4. Low operational resistance in pipelines; 5. Large single supply length, formed without welding; 6. Good thermal shock resistance; 7. Thin inner wall, lightweight, facilitating installation, transportation, and maintenance.

The bimetallic wear-resistant pipelines developed and produced by our company resolve the conflict between toughness, weldability, thermal shock resistance, and wear resistance that is difficult to balance.
