       Silicon molybdenum rod heating elements are suitable for use in air and neutral atmospheres. Reducing atmospheres such as hydrogen can damage the protective layer, while vapors of chlorine and sulfur can cause direct harm to the elements.The screws on the silicon molybdenum rod fixtures should not be tightened too much at once. The conductive wires should be in close contact with the white aluminum-sprayed parts of the cold ends of the rods to prevent sparking. When the elements reach high temperatures, tighten the screws again, as the elements become somewhat plastic and are less prone to breakage at this stage.At room temperature, silicon molybdenum rods have low bending strength and cannot withstand impact. Protective measures should be taken during installation to avoid breakage due to external pressure.

       Regularly check whether the connections at various points of the silicon molybdenum rod heating elements are secure, and ensure that the electrical connections in the furnace temperature control system are in good condition.
