      Molybdenum disilicide bubbling tubes are primarily used in glass furnace tanks. Clean compressed air is introduced to reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the tank. Micro-bubbles help remove small bubbles and trace impurities from the glass pool, thereby improving the purity and quality of the glass.

        The main material of bubbling tubes is molybdenum disilicide, available in single-hole, double-hole, or multi-hole configurations. Single-hole tubes with one end sealed are used as protection tubes, while multi-hole tubes with both ends unsealed are used for air passage at high temperatures, serving as bubbling tubes. Bubbling tubes with 1 to 9 holes are commonly used, with diameters typically ranging from 12-30mm and lengths from 100-1200mm. The 9-hole molybdenum disilicide bubbling tube, with a diameter of 16mm and more holes (approximately 1mm each), can remove finer impurities, further enhancing glass purity.
