Working Principle:
    This classifier consists of a feeding pipe, main cylinder body, skirt-type material guide ring, grading rotor, and fine powder discharge elbow. The material is fed into the feeding pipe by a feeder and drawn into the classification chamber by a fan. It is fully dispersed at the classification cone. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the classification wheel, coarse particles are thrown to the cylinder wall, while fine particles pass through the gaps between the classification wheel blades with the airflow and are discharged from the upper outlet into the system's collection device. Coarse particles undergo further classification in the gap between the guide ring and the feeding pipe due to the secondary air screening effect. The coarse particles move down along the cylinder wall and are discharged from the coarse powder outlet through the discharge valve.
    Performance Features:
All flow components in contact with the material (including the classification wheel) are made of corundum ceramic, ensuring ultra-purity for high-end materials. It offers a wide classification range, high classification precision, high classification efficiency, simple structure, and small footprint. It can be used in closed-circuit operation with mechanical crushers or air jet mills to increase effective production capacity. Closed-circuit operation allows for the grinding of heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials in mechanical crushers.
    Application Scope:
    As a dry air classifier, this machine is suitable for classifying non-sticky materials and can classify spherical, flaky, and fibrous particles. It is applicable in industries such as batteries, electronics, military, pharmaceuticals, coatings, dyes, and metallurgical materials, enabling dry classification of various organic and inorganic materials.
