NDJ-79A High-Speed Touchscreen Rotational Viscometer

This viscometer is an upgraded version based on the original NDJ-79 model. Its functionality and performance meet or exceed the advanced level of similar foreign models. It adopts a microcomputer processor as the core, featuring a high-subdivision stepper motor drive and digital viscosity measurement. With stable and precise rotational speed, clearly marked buttons, and programmed design, it is easy to operate. Measurement data is invalid when torque is below 10% or above 100%. The RTD temperature probe allows real-time monitoring and measurement of viscosity temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The screen directly displays viscosity, rotational speed, temperature, percentage torque, and rotor number. It comes standard with an RS232 interface. The main control board and subdivision drive board utilize SMT technology, and the circuit design incorporates the most advanced microcomputer processor with a rational structural layout. The instrument's full-scale and linearity across all ranges are calibrated via dedicated software, ensuring measurement performance and functionality that match the advanced level of similar foreign models.
