Structural Features and Working Principle
The LLK-B-Z Type Pointer Flow Switch (see schematic diagram) consists of a switch body, measuring baffle, sensing magnetic rod, sensor, pointer display panel, etc. During operation, when fluid passes through the flow switch along the arrow direction, the measuring baffle is displaced, driving the sensing magnetic rod to activate the sensor to close (or open), thereby outputting (or interrupting) a current signal to achieve alarm or interlock with control equipment. Simultaneously, the pointer on the display panel is driven by the sensing probe to indicate the on-site instantaneous flow scale.
