Usage Instructions for Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L313 Metal Cleaner
1. Cleaning methods include spraying, soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, and vibration cleaning.
2. Depending on the severity of the oil stain, adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution. For optimal cleaning results, typically dilute the concentrate with water to a concentration of 5–10%, heat to 50–80°C, and spray or ultrasonically clean for 3–10 minutes. For manual wiping, a relatively higher concentration of the cleaner is recommended.
3. For heavily soiled surfaces or when dealing with high-melting-point greases, manually or mechanically remove part of the oil sludge before cleaning.
