Working Principle of High-Pressure Cooking Pot The high-pressure cooking pot is a high-pressure equipment that uses steam at a certain pressure as the heat source (electric heating can also be selected). This equipment features a large heating area, uniform heating, short boiling time for materials, easy control of heating temperature, and the ability to cook various materials arbitrarily. It can shorten the cooking and boiling time and reduce the cooking process.

It is widely used in the modern food industry, not only for processing foods such as candies, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, pastries, preserved fruits, beverages, canned goods, and marinated dishes but also for boiling soup, cooking dishes, stewing meat, and making congee in large restaurants or canteens. It is an excellent equipment for improving food processing quality, shortening processing time, and enhancing working conditions.

1. Capacity: Ranging from 50L to 1000L.

2. Structural forms: Available in tilting and vertical structures, with or without stirring as required by the process.

3. Pot material: Option 1. Inner pot made of stainless steel (SUS304), jacket and support made of carbon steel (Q235—B) coated with anti-rust paint; Option 2. Entire pot made of stainless steel, both inner and outer.

4. Pot with stirring device: Central stirring at the top, with a flexible connection between the reducer output shaft and the stirring paddle shaft for easy disassembly and cleaning.

5. Stirring speed: 36r/min (can be customized according to customer requirements); Stirring paddle types: Standard stirring (anchor type) and bottom-scraping stirring.

6. Foot types: Option 1. Vertical pot: Triangular pyramid type, round pipe type; Option 2. Tilting pot: Channel-shaped bracket type.

7. Equipment configuration: Dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge outlet, etc. (vertical structure).

8. The tilting cooking pot can tilt up to 90°, with a manual tilting mechanism.

9. Three heating source options are available for customers to choose from: electric heating, gas heating, or steam heating.

10. The equipment uses a flange sealing cover, which can be designed for hydraulic automatic opening, quick-opening flange, or manual bolt opening.

11. Depending on the customer's cooking process, it can be equipped with an inner basket, stirring device, or bottom discharge structure for more convenient use.
