I. Product Introduction

Wind/Sound Barrier Rapid-Fill Gravity Mortar is a specialized filling mortar developed for the installation of bridge deck ancillary projects on passenger dedicated lines. It is convenient to use, simple to operate, and quickly self-levels through gravity pouring. It accelerates construction progress and enhances the anti-fatigue performance of wind barriers.

This product has good adaptability and can be applied under both high and low-temperature conditions. Especially in low-temperature environments, it exhibits excellent frost resistance, allowing construction at temperatures ranging from -10°C to -15°C, ensuring good early and later strength.

II. Product Applications

1. Filling for the installation of base steel plates for wind barriers;

2. Filling for the installation of base steel plates for sound barriers;

3. Filling for the installation of base steel plates for utility poles;

III. Construction Precautions

1. Mix with water at a water-to-material ratio of 0.16±0.01. Use a small handheld electric mixer or mechanical mixer and stir for 2-4 minutes;

2. Allow the uniformly mixed slurry to stand for 1-2 minutes until most bubbles dissipate, then proceed with pouring. The pouring height should exceed the bottom surface of the steel plate by 5-10mm. If slurry leaks from the side formwork, replenish it promptly to avoid incomplete filling.

3. Under sub-zero temperature conditions, it is recommended to use concrete curing compounds for mortar maintenance to prevent cracking.
