II. Application Scope

1. Reinforcement of building structure concrete, waterproofing and leakage sealing for civil air defense facilities;

III. Construction Process

1. Base treatment: The base must be flat, firm, clean, and free of standing water; uneven areas and cracks should be repaired and leveled first.

2. Accurate mixing: Add inorganic polymer materials to the corresponding polymers and stir thoroughly until no powder lumps remain.

3. The coating should be as uniform as possible, avoiding local accumulation. Apply the next layer after the previous one is no longer sticky to the touch.

IV. Precautions

1. Do not construct at temperatures below 0°C or during rainy weather; avoid construction in particularly humid and poorly ventilated environments.
