Semi-flexible anti-rutting grout is a single-component special engineering material made from high-quality specialized cement, special redispersible latex powder, active powder, high-efficiency water reducer, setting regulator, defoamer, and modified with various polymer additives. After mixing with water, this grout can fill the large voids in semi-flexible pavement asphalt mixtures, forming a pavement structure with excellent properties such as high injectability, low shrinkage, high strength and rapid hardening, wear resistance, and crack resistance.

II. Application Scope

Semi-flexible anti-rutting grout is widely used in the following scenarios:

Heavy-duty roads: Sections bearing heavy vehicle traffic, such as highways and national roads.

Long and steep slopes: Sections prone to rutting due to frequent vehicle braking and acceleration.

IV. Construction Method

Preparation: Clean the pavement surface to ensure it is free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities.

Mixing the grout: Mix the grout and water in a certain ratio and stir evenly.

Grouting construction: Evenly pour the mixed grout into the pavement voids, controlling the speed and quantity of pouring.

Curing: Perform necessary curing after construction to ensure the grout fully hardens and stabilizes.
