Epoxy grout provides an effective solution for the secondary grouting installation of equipment in areas that need to withstand long-term vibration, impact, and chemical corrosion, significantly extending the operational cycle of vibrating equipment and the service life of components.

EGM-100 epoxy grout consists of three components: A (resin), B (hardener), and C (filler). This product uses resin and refined fillers, has a high solid content, and contains no volatile substances harmful to humans, such as solvents.

At room temperature, the three components of each set can be fully mixed and used without the need for any additional components.

II. Scope of Application

1. Secondary grouting installation of high-vibration equipment such as compressors, pumps, punch presses, crushers, and ball mills;

2. Grouting of equipment foundation areas susceptible to chemical erosion;

3. Grouting in high-pressure areas such as rail foundations and bridge support seats;

4. Anchor bolts, rebar planting, and structural concrete reinforcement;

5. Used as self-leveling mortar on surfaces such as concrete, stone, steel, and wooden boards;

6. Rigid connections for iron, iron tie rods, and tension rods.

III. Product Features:

1. High strength and early strength: Provides mechanical properties such as compressive and bonding strength far superior to cement-based materials, with higher early strength;

2. Low exothermic peak: Offers an operating time of up to 120 minutes (25°C), suitable for large-volume grouting applications;

3. Non-shrinkage: Ensures complete contact between the grout layer and the bearing surface after formation, maintaining the installation height of the equipment;

4. Excellent creep resistance: Epoxy grout can be used long-term under harsh physical conditions such as freeze-thaw cycles from -50°C to +80°C and vibrational pressure without plastic deformation, ensuring long-term accuracy of equipment positioning;

5. Excellent toughness: Epoxy grout can dissipate any dynamic loads transmitted by moving equipment that might cause cement-based grout layers to crack;

6. Corrosion resistance: Can withstand long-term exposure to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, salts, and oils.
