Epoxy resin mortar, also known as epoxy putty, is a high-performance AB two-component composite material made from epoxy resin as the film-forming agent, combined with a series of additives, and processed through special dispersion after grinding. After mixing and curing, epoxy mortar forms a solidified body with high strength and strong bonding force. This product features excellent performance, simple and fast construction, and is pollution-free. It offers outstanding resistance to seepage, freezing, salt, alkali, acid, and corrosion, as well as repair and reinforcement capabilities. It has stable chemical properties, good corrosion and weather resistance, and serves to strengthen and reinforce structures.

2. A single coating can achieve a thickness of over 1mm, with high solid content, strong bonding force, and high compressive strength.

3. Corrosion-resistant, freeze-resistant, and impermeable; resistant to weak acids, alkalis, oils, salts, solvents, and other chemically corrosive media.

4. High-temperature resistant, thermal shock resistant, and with good wear resistance.

6. After the coating cures, it exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties, as well as resistance to electrolysis.          

7. The thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of concrete, making it less likely to detach from bonded substrates, with good durability.Scope of Application

1. Suitable for chemical corrosion-resistant industries such as sewage treatment tanks, acid and alkali-resistant floors, and FRP anti-corrosion.

2. Can be used as a corrosion-resistant material in corrosive environments like seawater, saline-alkali areas, and chemical plants.

3. Applicable for sealing, anti-corrosion, repair, reinforcement, and leak stoppage at joints of underground pipelines, hydropower stations, dam foundations, etc.

4. Ideal for treating defects such as cracks in building beams, columns, pile caps, as well as honeycombs, voids, and exposed rebar on concrete structure surfaces.

5. Suitable for bonding steel structures to concrete, and can be used to create wear-resistant floors; also used for leveling the base layer in steel plate bonding and carbon fiber reinforcement.

6. Capable of bonding various homogeneous or heterogeneous materials, such as metal, wood, ceramics, glass, jade, leather, etc. 

7. Applicable for repairing defects and providing reinforcement in corrosive environments of concrete structures like airport runways, highways, bridges, tunnels, mines, etc.
