Track grout is a type of grout containing natural aggregates, characterized by good fluidity, high compressive strength, long working time, cost-effectiveness, density, no shrinkage, no corrosion, absence of metal aggregates, convenient construction, excellent bonding performance, and toughness.
I. Application Scope
Grouting for crane track grooves in ports and docks. (Used for track pressure plate grouting, base plate bolt fixation, etc.)
Installation of various mechanical equipment, foundation for steel structure supports, grouting of anchor bolt holes, etc.

III. Construction Method
1. Preparation before construction:
(1) Clean the track foundation surface. 24 hours before grouting, the track foundation surface should be thoroughly moistened. One hour before grouting, any accumulated water should be absorbed and removed.
(2) Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing, ensuring no leakage of grout.
(3) If grout leakage occurs during grouting, it should be addressed promptly. 
2. When grouting with track grout material, the process should meet the following requirements:
(1) For secondary grouting with track grout, grout from one side until it overflows from the other side; do not grout from all four sides simultaneously.
(2) Once grouting begins, it must be continuous without interruption, and the grouting time should be minimized as much as possible.
(3) During grouting, vibration is strictly prohibited. If necessary, use bamboo strips for pulling and guiding the flow.
(4) The grouting thickness per session should not exceed 150mm. If the grouting layer is less than 30mm, corresponding auxiliary measures should be taken or alternative materials should be used.
(5) Do not transmit vibrations from operating machinery to the equipment foundation being prepared for grouting.
3. The initial setting time for CBGM track grout is approximately 3–4 hours.
4. After 3–4 hours, visually inspect and manually check to determine if initial setting has occurred. Once initial setting is confirmed, lightly smooth the surface with a trowel, then cover the surface with burlap or cotton cloth.
5. Depending on the daily temperature: below 15°C, water curing should be done once in the morning and once in the evening each day; between 15°C and 35°C, water curing should be done once in the morning, once at noon, and once in the evening each day.
6. Moist curing of the set track grout should be maintained for no less than 7 days.
