Its application scope includes the repair and reinforcement of reinforced concrete piles, steel pipe piles, H-shaped steel piles, and wooden piles in the splash zone and tidal areas that suffer from erosion and concrete spalling; it also covers the repair and reinforcement of concrete foundations for public facilities and factory equipment, as well as utility poles. The reinforcement principle of the carbon fiber underwater fiberglass sleeve involves using grouting material to repair damaged structures, combined with fiberglass sleeves to form a unified whole, isolating external erosion and providing repair and protection for damaged structures.Compared with conventional underwater concrete, underwater non-dispersible concrete simplifies the construction process, making underwater concrete construction similar to land-based construction, thereby reducing construction risks to some extent. This technology also enables the construction of underwater thin-walled, narrow, and irregular structures that were previously unfeasible. The flocculant in underwater non-dispersible concrete exhibits excellent anti-dispersion properties in water, meaning it does not disperse or segregate when submerged, with minimal cement loss, making it environmentally friendly. The concrete has good fluidity, allowing it to self-level and self-compact during underwater pouring without the need for underwater vibration, further simplifying the underwater construction process.

The flocculant for underwater non-dispersible concrete can be used to prepare C15 to C40 underwater non-dispersible concrete according to the needs of underwater engineering, meeting various construction performance requirements. The slump of underwater non-dispersible concrete can reach 18–24 cm, with no bleeding or segregation. The initial setting time is 5–40 hours, and the final setting time is 10–50 hours, with adjustable setting times. Its impermeability can reach S20 or higher, and the corrosion resistance coefficient is not less than 0.85. The flocculant for underwater non-dispersible concrete has good compatibility with other admixtures. By adding an air-entraining agent, D300 freeze-thaw resistant concrete can be prepared. It causes no corrosion to reinforcement bars.

Construction Process1. Surface Treatment: Treat the surface of the concrete foundation by removing laitance, cement paste surface layers, or loose particles to expose a solid base, and clear away surface sand, dust, grease, etc.2. Material Preparation (1) Check the product’s outer packaging, specifications, model, and production date to ensure the product is within the manufacturer’s specified shelf life. (2) Open the packaging barrel lid and check that the contents (Material A, Material B, and Material C) are undamaged, without leakage, dampness, or caking. The mixing ratio per barrel is Material A : Material B : Material C = 1 : 3 : 25. (3) During mixing, first pour Material A and Material B into the barrel in a 1:3 ratio and mix evenly. Then, while stirring, slowly add Material C until a uniform mortar-like consistency is achieved. Underwater Epoxy Resin Grouting Material Construction Instructions: 1. The prepared grout should be used within 45 minutes. Do not use mortar that is not uniformly mixed or has already begun to set.
