1. This model of vibration motor is a high-quality product designed and manufactured using VIMARC advanced technology. 
2. Advanced design technology: All parameter calculations and optimization designs are comprehensively completed by computer workstations. Precise processing techniques and a strict quality system ensure that all components cooperate and bear forces within the specified range during operation. 
3. Special electromagnetic design: The stator and rotor required for the vibration motor are made of silicon steel sheets with excellent magnetic conductivity, reducing core eddy current losses, ensuring strong starting torque, and enabling rapid attainment of rated operating speed. 
4. Heavy-duty bearing design: The bearings used are specially designed heavy-duty bearings, capable of withstanding and transmitting radial excitation forces and axial loads, with good heat dissipation. A double-sealed design ensures cleanliness of the bearing chamber in severe dust environments. Imported high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease lubricant is selected to extend bearing service life. 
5. Stepless adjustment: The excitation blocks at both ends of the vibration motor are marked with precise dials, allowing easy adjustment of excitation force and working torque from zero to maximum through stepless regulation to meet operational requirements.
