Process Description of ZH-X Type Rotary Incinerator:
Rotary (kiln) incinerators have a very wide range of applications in the field of centralized industrial waste incineration, accounting for about 85%. The rotary kiln incinerator is characterized by its strong adaptability to various types of waste, making it the recommended incinerator type in the industrial waste treatment technology policy issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Environmental Protection Agency of China. It can simultaneously treat solid, liquid, and gaseous waste. Solid waste is fed into the rotary kiln furnace by specialized conveying equipment, while liquid waste is sprayed into the furnace through high-efficiency atomization equipment. The waste undergoes processes such as moisture evaporation, volatilization, ignition, and combustion inside the rotary kiln. The ash residue is discharged from the bottom of the secondary combustion chamber, and the generated flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, where it mixes with secondary combustion air for further incineration. The organic matter in the flue gas undergoes complete combustion, ensuring that the exhaust gas meets safety standards.
