The water distribution gate valve consists of components such as an operating console, connecting rod, valve stem, gate valve, and short pipe. 2. The PZ2 type uses a small electric motor as the power source to replace manual operation, making it convenient and fast. 3. The gate valve is composed of a valve body and a valve disc. (1) The valve body is a welded component, with a conical sealing ring installed at the lower part, which together with the valve disc forms the sealing part. (2) The valve disc is composed of a welded part and a rubber pad, and is hinged to the valve stem through a ring screw assembly to ensure the sealing performance of the valve. 4. The short pipe is used for embedding into the wall of the water distribution well and is a welded component. 5. The length of the connecting rod is determined by the height difference between the bottom plate of the water distribution well and the bottom plate of the pump room. Connect the flange of the gate valve and the short pipe (with a rubber pad in between), insert the short pipe into the reserved hole, use the exposed valve stem of the gate valve to ensure verticality, and fix the supporting channel steel. 4. After the operating console is in place, lift the lead screw according to the dimensions specified in the manual. 5. Check the length of the connecting rod between the valve stem and the lead screw, install the connecting rod, recheck the verticality, and fix the operating console and the short pipe. 6. Remove the retaining ring at the end of the valve stem and check whether the entire mechanism operates flexibly. |
