QYW100-36 Pneumatic Sand and Sewage Submersible Pump Detailed Description: Pneumatic submersible pump, QYW100-36, pneumatic submersible pump The QYW100-36 pneumatic sand and sewage submersible pump features an attractive appearance, compact size, light weight, and high flow rate. The flow passage part adopts a bottom suction structure, and the impeller is semi-open type, made of ZL107 material, capable of passing particles ≤14mm. It has excellent sewage discharge capability, will not clog due to the suction of small solid particles or fibrous materials, nor will it be prematurely damaged by the suction of abrasive media. Especially after our company's technical personnel reselected the blade material and recalculated its strength and thickness according to the latest domestic and international theories, the bending and torsional strength of the blades has been improved. The new blades have undergone special processing, making them wear-resistant and durable, with wear resistance dozens of times higher than the original fabric-based bakelite blades. This significantly reduces the frequency of maintenance, blade replacement, and cylinder repairs, improving user work efficiency. The pump has a simple overall structure, is easy to assemble, disassemble, maintain, and move. It is absolutely safe and reliable for use in workfaces containing gas and coal dust, and is equipped with an advanced and novel silencer at the exhaust port, greatly reducing noise levels.
