Automatic Testing Device for Compressed Oxygen Self-Rescuers

I. Overview

To ensure that isolated compressed oxygen self-rescuers can be used safely and reliably at any time—by testing the equipment performance of the self-rescuers, our company has developed an automatic testing device for compressed oxygen self-rescuers (hereinafter referred to as the "device"). Compared to existing testing methods, this device enables one-click testing (for individual test items), automatically supplies gas according to the testing process, automatically adjusts and sets the test pressure, automatically times the process, and automatically provides test results based on measurements from pressure sensors and flow sensors. It offers higher testing efficiency and reduces labor intensity.

II. Main Uses and Scope of Application

The testing device produced by our company is suitable for testing the positive pressure airtightness, negative pressure airtightness, exhaust valve venting pressure, and quantitative oxygen supply of isolated compressed oxygen self-rescuers.
