Suitable for farmland irrigation, garden watering, rainwater recycling systems, urban water supply, and for extracting underground water sources by enterprises and institutions. This equipment features low noise, high efficiency, and energy savings.
Technical Parameters:
Maximum unit outer diameter 143mm; outlet diameters are 2", 3", and 4". Outlets are available with threaded connections and flange connections. If flange connection is used, the number of outlet fastening bolts is: 4 pieces, model 10×60 (grade 8.8), bolt center distance 110mm. To facilitate user installation, a matching flange (outer diameter 130mm, inner diameter 50mm/75mm, thickness 14mm) consistent with the unit outlet is specially provided ex-factory for on-site welding of the pump short pipe by the user.
QH Stainless Steel Submersible Pump Permissible Medium Range:
1: Clear water without impurities, cooling water, rainwater, underground water from coal, iron, and metal mines, drinking water, mineral water, seawater, etc.;
2: Permissible working water temperature range +5 to +25℃ (if high-temperature resistant model is selected, maximum temperature resistance is 180 degrees Celsius);
3: Solid impurity content (mass ratio) not greater than 0.01%;
4: Under normal circumstances, pH value (acidity and alkalinity) 6.5-8.5, special cases can be customized with materials such as 316, 316L, 2205, etc.;
5: The unit must operate completely submerged in water.

The submersible motor is lubricated by clear water. Before use, the motor cavity must be filled with clean water (Note: it must be filled completely, otherwise it will reduce the motor's service life). If water is forgotten, the motor will burn out quickly.
Motor protection grade: IPX8; Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 660V/50HZ. If customers require special voltage or frequency, please inform us in advance. Materials: Impeller/pump casing: Forged stainless steel 304; can be customized with tin bronze (various grades) such as: ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1, 316, 316L, 2205, etc., castings require customization. Cast iron HT200, or stainless steel such as: 2Gr13.304 Pump shaft: Stainless steel 2Gr13 (1050℃ tempering treatment, enhanced torque) Motor seal: Rubber seal O-ring; mechanical seal.
