Slime Stripping Agent ZX-821
I. Product Features:
1. Composed of surfactants, strong penetrants, dispersants, and biocides, it quickly penetrates into the slime bacterial clusters in pipelines, decomposing and releasing bubbles. Combined with the action of bactericides and active agents, it causes the adhered slime to detach, achieving strong stripping and cleaning effects.
2. It has good dispersibility and permeability, with strong penetration, low toxicity, and fast action. It effectively decomposes and strips slime composed of sticky mud, oily sludge, microbial secretions, and algae.
3. It softens and cleans metal surface deposits, provides corrosion inhibition, improves equipment heat exchange efficiency, and strongly kills sulfate-reducing bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, and nitrite bacteria.
4. Suitable for all circulating cooling water systems. Do not mix with anionic surfactants or chlorophenol-based agents.

III. Usage Instructions:
1. Dosage Concentration: Use as is. Based on the system water volume, add 200-300 ppm per ton of water.
2. Dosage Calculation: System water volume × dosage per ton of water.
3. Dosing Location: Circulating water tank or collection tank.
4. Method: Shock dosing.
5. Dosing Frequency: Once every 1-2 months in summer, once every 2-3 months in winter. Summer is from March to October, winter is from November to February.
(Note: It is recommended to add the slime stripping agent after adding the bactericidal and algicidal agent to improve slime stripping efficiency. After adding the slime stripping agent to the circulating cooling water system, the water turbidity may increase, which is normal. If excessive foam occurs, add defoamer as needed. If contaminants are generated due to stripping, filter or remove them promptly to prevent secondary deposition.)
IV. Safety Precautions:
Necessary safety measures should be taken during product use, such as wearing gloves and protective goggles. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Avoid prolonged skin contact.
