ZX-508 is a newly developed environmentally friendly rust removal and pre-filming product, primarily composed of composite chelating agents, penetrants, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive. It enables one-step cleaning before the startup of large-scale complete installations without the need for other auxiliary agents. The cleaning process is simple, with wastewater discharge at least 1/20 that of conventional acid-alkali cleaning, resulting in ultra-low environmental pollution. The wastewater can be discharged after dilution.

ZX-508 is an organic composite chelating agent with excellent descaling and corrosion inhibition properties. It forms coordination bonds with iron ions (Fe3?) on the rust surface. This complex effectively inhibits rust formation and the corrosion process. When the cleaning agent comes into contact with iron ions on the rust surface, it complexes with them, forming a soluble complex that prevents further rust generation and deposition.

ZX-508 can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, and can dissolve oxides on metal surfaces. It serves as a descaling agent and corrosion inhibitor for boilers and heat exchangers, as well as a cleaning agent for metals and non-metals.

The filming agent in ZX-508 synergizes and promotes the formation of a high-density molecular film, enabling cleaning and filming in one step.
