ZX-315 Steel Rust Remover and Rust Inhibitor

1. Product Introduction

ZX-315 Rust Remover and Rust Inhibitor is a brush-on rust remover and rust inhibitor that can be used for rust removal and rust prevention treatment of steel parts before painting. It offers excellent rust removal and rust inhibition properties and can replace traditional sandblasting, shot blasting, and manual grinding. Each KG can treat 15-17 square meters.

ZX-315 Rust Remover and Rust Inhibitor is used in industries such as automobile and ship manufacturing and repair for rust removal and rust prevention treatment of steel surfaces (e.g., automobile chassis, hull steel plates, etc.) before painting. It is also used in various steel manufacturing and processing industries for rust removal and rust prevention treatment of exposed pipeline surfaces, such as steel structures, bridges, towers, mechanical equipment, steel containers, steel doors and windows, highway guardrails, petroleum pipelines, etc., during manufacturing and maintenance. It can serve as a rust removal and rust prevention treatment for steel parts before painting.

3. Main Features

 (1) Excellent rust removal and rust inhibition effect. This product converts rust and oxide layers on steel surfaces into a highly corrosion-resistant steel protective film tightly bonded to the steel at room temperature. It prevents rust for over six months indoors, thus serving dual functions of rust removal and rust inhibition. After full drying, when paired with appropriate topcoats, it can prevent rust for over 10 years under natural conditions;

(2) This product can replace rust removal processes such as sandblasting, manual, and mechanical grinding. It directly reacts with rust and scale on steel surfaces to form a highly corrosion-resistant steel protective film, thereby reducing labor intensity and environmental pollution;

(3) This product can be used for anti-corrosion treatment of already rusted steel components, avoiding the issue of residual acid from traditional pickling;

(4) This product is a water-based system, free of formaldehyde, benzene, and other substances harmful to humans. It contains no heavy metals and is an environmentally friendly, biodegradable agent that does not pollute the environment;

(5) Easy to use. Different application methods such as brushing, immersion, and spraying can be adopted for different workpieces. It is particularly advantageous for large steel components and fixed steel parts that are unsuitable for immersion;

(6) This product performs exceptionally well on high-carbon steel, cast iron, heat-treated steel, angle steel, square tubes, etc.

(7) This product can also be used for surface rust removal treatment of stainless steel and chrome-plated parts.

(8) This product is flame-retardant, emission-free, and pollution-free. 

4. Precautions

(1) This product is an acidic solution. Labor protection should be observed during use. Wear rubber gloves, safety goggles, and appropriate protective clothing to minimize direct skin contact. After work, wash with water***;

(2) If accidentally splashed on the skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and soap; if it comes into contact with the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly;

(3) Store away from children. If ingested by mistake, seek medical attention immediately; 

(4) Store away from light, avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight;
