ZX-903 Thermal Oil Heater Online Cleaning Agent (High-Temperature Thermal Oil Cleaning Agent) is specifically designed for online chemical cleaning of thermal oil heaters and their pipeline systems during uninterrupted operation. It can be directly added to thermal oil systems operating below 300°C without shutdown, achieving the goal of cleaning thermal oil heaters without halting operation. This product is a new chemical cleaning agent independently developed by our company, incorporating advanced foreign technology. It is primarily used for descaling, scale prevention, and scale removal during normal production operations in thermal oil heater heating systems. It has been widely used in the maintenance of thermal oil heater heating systems in major petrochemical companies, shipyards, enterprises, and institutions.

ZX-903 Thermal Oil Heater Online Cleaning Agent Usage Method: Add 3%-10% of the system's thermal oil capacity based on the operating conditions of the thermal oil heater system. It can be directly added to systems operating below 350°C without shutdown. The system will complete the cleaning process with the agent in 7-10 days.

Usage Instructions

1. Pre-discharge treatment

Before discharging degraded thermal oil from the thermal oil heating system, add 3%–10% by volume of ZX-903 Thermal Oil Cleaning Agent to the system, then continue operation for 7–10 days. During this period, closely monitor the system's built-in filter device to prevent residue blockage. Then drain the system and refill with new oil.

(1) Without shutting down, reduce the oil heater temperature to between 100°C and 300°C (if the boiler temperature is already within this range, it can be used directly). Then, add ZX-903 Thermal Oil Online Cleaning Agent to the oil heater system through the expansion tank. Add it in batches slowly, with each batch typically being 0.5% to 1% of the system capacity. Add the agent every hour. After adding, release some thermal oil from the low-point drain to allow the agent to slowly enter the circulation system through the expansion tank.

(2) Maintain normal operation of the oil heater. After the cleaning agent enters the system, it will fully mix with the thermal oil. The polarized molecules in the online cleaning agent will slowly dissolve the oil coke on the pipe walls through penetration.

(3) Within two days of adding the thermal oil online cleaning agent, monitor pressure changes. If the pressure decreases significantly, promptly open the bypass and clean the filter screen to prevent dissolved oil coke and large particles of oil residue from clogging the filter.

(4) After circulating and cleaning for 5-7 days, directly replace the thermal oil.
