Zhongmin New Material's white masterbatch is produced by mixing carrier resin, dispersing agents, and special hosts, followed by pre-treatment coating, thorough mixing in a high-performance twin-screw extruder, and extrusion pelletizing. White masterbatch is widely used in plastic food packaging, engineering plastic pelletizing, plastic pipes and tubing, plastic sheets and panels, plastic household products, packaging films, daily-use light industrial products, automotive applications, personal care materials, cables and wires, agriculture, and many other fields. It is suitable for plastics such as PE, PP, ABS, PC, HIPS, PET, PVC, EVA, GPPS, PBT, nylon, PA66, acrylic, TPE, PA, PPR, POM, PVC, TPU, AS, and more. Custom white masterbatch with specific carriers can be tailored according to customer material and product requirements.
