High-purity nano iron(III) oxide powder is prepared by plasma vapor phase combustion method, featuring high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, clean surface, no residual impurities, low bulk density, easy dispersion, and high-temperature resistance (no discoloration at 800°C). Nano iron oxide is a novel nanomaterial applicable in coatings, paints, inks, and chemical materials. With its small particle size, it exhibits strong UV absorption, high chroma, high tinting strength, high transparency, and is odorless, temperature-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, making it widely useful.

1. Due to its temperature resistance, iron red is suitable for coloring various plastics, rubbers, ceramics, and asbestos products; applicable in anti-rust paints and mid-to-low-grade coatings. Ideal for coloring cement products and colored tiles; widely used in fiber coloring pastes, anti-counterfeiting coatings, electrostatic copying, and inks;

2. Nano iron oxide in cosmetics: Its non-toxicity and strong UV absorption make it suitable for the cosmetics industry;

3. Nano iron oxide in powder coatings: It shows no color change below 300°C, making it applicable in inorganic coatings as a colorant;

Packaging and Storage
