Stainless steel milk yogurt fermentation tank is made of austenitic stainless steel, with a honeycomb jacket for the cooling jacket. Both the tank body and the conical bottom are equipped with jackets, which can effectively improve the cooling speed. The jacket heat exchange area can be set in different proportions according to the customer's process requirements. The bottom is a 60° small conical bottom, designed for fermentation and to improve beer and yeast propagation. Insulation is provided by PU insulation, with a fully welded stainless steel outer skin. Components include a manhole, CIP cleaning, thermometer interface, sampling port, etc.
