●Pneumatic V-Type Control Ball Valve Product Features

1. Our company introduces European technology to develop and produce pneumatic V-type control ball valves. The valve core is equipped with a V-shaped notch, which generates shear force when rotating against the hard-sealed valve seat, cutting off fibers and preventing jamming. It features high flow capacity, precise regulation, a wide adjustable ratio, excellent sealing performance, and lightweight design. Suitable for most applications except small-bore, angle-type, and three-way connections, it is an ideal replacement for imported products. Particularly suitable for regulating slurries, fibrous media, and media containing fine solid suspensions. Widely used in industrial automation systems such as papermaking, sugar production, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgical industries.

2. Equipped with ZTG, ZTA, and other series of pneumatic actuators, it can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA DC signal and a 5bar air source to regulate parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. Installing a single-acting pneumatic actuator not only allows control of the valve opening angle but also ensures that the valve automatically returns to a preset open or closed safety position in case of air source or signal failure.
