PW and PWF sewage pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal sewage pumps. The pump suction port is axially horizontal, and the discharge port can be installed horizontally or vertically as needed. They mainly consist of components such as the pump cover, pump casing, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket. The shaft seal adopts a double mechanical seal structure. The pump and motor are mounted on a common base and are directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling. When viewed from the motor side, the pump should rotate clockwise. This pump offers advantages such as energy savings, smooth operation, stable performance, and easy maintenance.

Application Scope of PW Sewage Pump:

1. The PW standard sewage pump can transport sewage, suspended solid particles, long fiber materials, and domestic wastewater. The pump body is made of cast iron, and the medium temperature should not exceed 100°C.

2. The PWF corrosion-resistant sewage pump can transport acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive sewage and is widely used in industries such as chemical, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection, and sewage treatment. The pump body and flow-passing components are made of 304 stainless steel, and the medium temperature should not exceed 100°C.
