API 6A Slab Gate Valve The valve body and bonnet use metal-to-metal sealing, improving sealing performance. An inverted sealing mechanism is provided between the stem and bonnet to facilitate the replacement of stem sealing packing under pressure. The valve body is made of forged alloy steel with a no-through-hole design, eliminating external leakage. The sealing surface is hard-faced with hard alloy, providing corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and wear resistance. The valve body gasket groove can be overlaid with austenitic stainless steel as per user requirements to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. Spring pre-loading is applied to the gate and seat, enabling bidirectional sealing. Equipped with open/close indicators to display valve status, with low operating torque.
