ZWQ/ZQW type non-clogging submersible sewage pumps feature energy efficiency, anti-clogging, anti-wrapping, automatic installation, and automatic control.

This series of pumps can transport media containing solids and long fibers. Compared to traditional impellers, the pump impeller adopts a single or double channel design, resembling a bent pipe with a consistent cross-section, offering excellent flow characteristics. Paired with a well-designed volute, the pump achieves high efficiency and minimal vibration during operation.

Product Features:

1.Utilizes large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic components, enhancing the ability to pass debris, capable of handling fibers up to 5 times the DN and solid particles up to 50% of the DN.

2.Mechanical seal employs dual tandem seals, made of hard, corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, known for wear resistance.

3.Compact structure, small size, easy to move and install, no need for a pump room; operates submerged in water.

4.The oil chamber is equipped with an oil-water probe. If the mechanical seal on the pump side is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, the probe sends a signal to protect the pump.

5.Can be equipped with a fully automatic protection control cabinet as per user needs, monitoring leaks, electricity leakage, overload, and overheating to ensure smooth operation.

6.Dual guide rail automatic coupling installation system facilitates easy installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter and exit sewage pits.

7.Float switch automatically controls the pump's start and stop based on water level changes, requiring no manual supervision.

8.Two installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation and movable free installation, catering to various application scenarios.
