I. Issues to Consider in Steam Turbine Noise Control

1. Sound Insulation: Select appropriate soundproof panels, soundproof doors, and accessories to ensure the steam turbine soundproof enclosure meets noise control requirements.

2. Ventilation: Gas turbines are significant heat sources. When adding a soundproof enclosure, it is necessary to consider installing a ventilation system to expel heat outdoors. The ventilation system must be equipped with electrical control devices to monitor its operational status.

3. Ventilation Noise: After installing a ventilation system, the impact of fan noise on the environment must be considered.

4. Lighting: To facilitate normal maintenance by personnel inside the enclosure, lighting and emergency lighting systems must be installed inside.

Electrical equipment used inside the enclosure and in the ventilation system must have explosion-proof functionality.

6. Disassembly: To facilitate maintenance of the gas turbine, the soundproof enclosure must be designed for repeated and quick disassembly, ensuring that its performance after reassembly is not lower than the original design level.

7. Connection: The soundproof enclosure must be designed to connect seamlessly with equipment on both ends, minimizing gaps.

8. Structure: Determine the stiffness, strength, and stability of the steel structure of the soundproof enclosure and select appropriate section steel.
