【Scope of Application】 | |
| Mainly used for whitening and brightening polyester fibers and blended fabrics such as polyester-cotton, polyester-silk, polyester-yarn, polyester-linen, and polyester-wool. Also applicable for whitening plastics and artificial leather. BC-158 Polyester Fluorescent Whitening Agent is suitable for pad dyeing, high-temperature high-pressure exhaust dyeing, and low-temperature adsorption (exhaust) high-temperature baking whitening processes. Particularly, the low-temperature adsorption exhaust high-temperature baking process does not require high-temperature high-pressure equipment, offering simplicity, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. It does not require filtration or grinding during use, is easy to dissolve, and avoids roller sticking, significantly reducing labor intensity. | |
【Usage Methods】 | |
| 1. Pad-Thermosol Method: Dosage: 1.1～2.1 g/L (determined based on user's actual test results) Process: Two dips and two nips (pick-up rate 70%)→Pre-drying (100℃)→Baking and setting (180～190℃, 30 seconds) 2. High-Temperature High-Pressure Exhaust Dyeing Method: Dosage: 0.14～0.35% (maximum dosage 0.7% without yellowing, relative to fabric weight) Bath ratio: 1：25～40 Dyeing temperature: 120～130℃ Dyeing time: 30～60 minutes pH value: 4.5～5 (adjusted with acetic acid) 3. Low-Temperature Adsorption Fixation Exhaust Dyeing Method Dosage: 0.35～0.70% (maximum dosage 0.80% without yellowing, relative to fabric weight) Bath ratio: 1：25～40 Dyeing temperature: 50～60℃ Dyeing time: 30 minutes pH value: 4.5～5 (adjusted with acetic acid) Process: Add BC-158 whitening agent, additives (Glauber's salt 1～2% relative to fabric weight, pH adjusted with glacial acetic acid), and fabric to the dye bath at room temperature→Heat to 50℃, dye for 30 minutes→Rinse→Dehydrate and pre-dry→Setting and baking (180～190℃, 30 seconds) | |
【Precautions】 | |
